Welcome to my web site featuring some of my favorite photos and other things of interest.

Photography represents my unique viewpoint of the world like nothing else can. My goal is to create images which stir emotions or raise questions, and my photos typically feature bold colors or strong architectural elements. I’m influenced by my interest in the ocean, nature, architecture, and street scenes. My photos have been exhibited in juried shows throughout Monmouth County and can be found in public and private collections on the east coast and in California.

In addition to my fine art photography, I’ll share some favorites from my collection of baseball photos and food photos. Coming soon will be the Shot of the Day section where I’ll share photos from my friends. There might also be some notes from one of my presentations or maybe even an update on a Chocolate Tasting event.

As a life-long photographer, I’ve had a camera as long as I can remember. My dad was an excellent amateur photographer and encouraged it as a hobby, so taking photos and being around different types of cameras, lighting, and editing equipment felt very natural to me as I was growing up. I purchased my first SLR camera while in high school and that fueled my passion and put me firmly on the path of serious amateur photographer.

For most of my adult life, photography was relegated to a serious hobby until I had a major career change and became a graphic artist. Fortunately I managed to incorporate my photography skills into my design work. Over the years I have photographed weddings, parties, various products, and boardwalk food including French fries, funnel cakes, pretzels, and smoothies.

Those who know me will tell you I always have a camera with me. Hey, you never know when or where you’ll get the next great shot, and I intend to be prepared! Photography is my passion, and it’s my pleasure to share my photos with you.
